To make a return, please contact our customer service department within 60 days of the date of purchase and we will assist you with the return process.
Exchanges: If youd like to make an exchange, you may place a new order with free shipping by contacting our customer service department. Once we receive the return, you will be fully refunded (less shipping charges).
Defective Items: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will gladly provide you with a refund or a replacement at no charge.
Incorrect Orders: If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge. Call us for a Pre-Paid Return Postage label 888-473-3762.
Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time.
